The nominated dish must be available in the existing menu served by the registered eatery.

 All ingredients and sauces used for making the nominated dish must be suitable for vegetarian consumption.

The submission must meet the following requirements*
· Provision of 1- 2 photos of the dish
·  Recipe, including a 100-word (in Chinese) and 200-word (in English) introduction of the dish, ingredient list and measurement.
·  All information and materials must be submitted via the online form for assessment. 

Deadline for online form submission: 23:59 on 30 November 2023 (Hong Kong Time).

Late submission will not be accepted.

Once the nomination form is submitted, the information on the form is final and no modification or edit will be accepted. No submission will be returned.

The HKQVA Committee shall not be liable for any responsibility in case of any delay, loss, error, distortion of, or damage to the nomination information submitted due to computer, network, internet, or any other technical issues. The proof of dispatch cannot be accepted as proof of delivery or successful transmission of the entry.

By submitting the nomination, applicant shall hereby grant the organizer the irrevocable and unrestricted consent to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the judging event, award ceremony and any related activities for promotional, advertising, and other related purposes.

By submitting the nomination, applicant shall hereby grant the organizer the irrevocable and unrestricted consent to use the eatery's names, photos of dish, name of dish and related information for promotional, advertising, and other related purposes.

By submitting their nomination, applicants are assumed to have read, accepted, and agreed to adhere to the above Rules and Regulations. Failure to do so will result in the participants being deemed to have forsaken their rights to participate

In case of any dispute, the decision by the Organizer is final. No objection from the participants shall be allowed.
